The Commerge Consultancy Agreement was designed specifically for this type of relationship described above.  This agreement provides the following features:-

  • Initial discussions and scoping study report
  • Agreement on Phased trial
  • Measurement and analysis of outcomes
  • Full scale project management and/or installation
  • Ongoing support and maintenace including Managed Service
  • Equipment Finance
